Accessing your email

If you requested a domain-based email account from us, your new email account will be available to you when you begin to see your new site at your web address. Use your new email address we emailed to you as your username when setting up your email, or when logging into it over the web. We also email you a temporary password to use for logging in the first time. We recommend that you change your password once you have successfully logged in.

You can log into our web mail program by replacing the "www" in your domain with "mail", like this:

http://mail.yourdomain.com

Instructions for settings up Outlook, Outlook Express or Mac Mail can be found here: Email Help

Your site uses the NEW email system shown in the body of this help page, not the OLD system shown in the sidebar. Anywhere in those instructions that you see something generic like "domain.com," replace the domain.com with your own domain name instead.

Remember that you won't be able to access your new email until your site is live.

Please note that all of your site's contact form submissions will be sent to your new email account.
